CHAI SIEW MENG Field Staff Bible Resource Ministry
I am glad that I have been able to serve God in Scripture Union for the past two years. I have learned much during these past two years. My aspiration for 2007 is that I would like to continue to serve God and people through Scripture Union. I am convinced that reaching out to people with God’s Word is important.
I would want to encourage people to read God's Word daily and encourage them to deepen their relationship with God through their bible reading and prayer in their own quiet/devotional time with God. I would like to see more people read our SU's bible reading material as a guide to their bible reading.

"And now, O Israel, what does the LORD your God ask of you but to fear the LORD your God, to walk in all his ways, to love him, to serve the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul, and to observe the LORD's commands and decrees that I am giving you today for your own good?" (Deuteronomy 10:12)
It was for the good of Israel that Moses asked them this question. I realise it is for my own good that I do what God asks of me.

To be able to spend time with my children in Australia & have more time for "myself & God".To be able to finish what God has set out for me this year and the years to come bringing His Word to the children, young people and families in Malaysia and beyond.

As a family unit... To grow in sensitivity to God's voice; To step out in faith in conformity to God's will; And continue to grow to know Him personally.
ABEL HOW Field Staff Camping Ministry
I do not have much in mind but am hoping to know God more as I phase into Camping Ministry. I hope to build my self confidence and learn to speak a tad louder as many have said I am often too soft spoken.

RUNA WAN ENG Field Staff Youth Ministry
Three years in the Youth Ministry Department has come and gone with much excitement and apprehension. God is great! 2007 is the beginning of my second term and I'm looking forward with much anticipation as to how the Holy Spirit will continue to transform me as a youth worker that God can be pleased with.

SHALOM SEE Associate Staff Youth Ministry
Shalom See has stopped temporary as the Associate Staff in our Youth Ministry. The Lord has blessed her (and Siew Meng) with a baby girl recently. Shalom hopes to resume ministry with SU sometime early next year when things at home settle down well. Thank you for your prayers.
JOSEPHINE LEE Field Staff Youth Ministry
Having just joined Scripture Union, there is so much to learn in the Youth Ministry. I pray that whatever I do, will contribute to the work of SU and also that I will be a blessing to the young people and to those whom I work with and serve. It’s definitely a joy serving God and Scripture Union.
CHRISTINA LEONG Field Staff Youth Ministry
My aspirations are to allow myself to be trained by God for ministry and to go wherever He leads. I hope to see the youth of Malaysia transformed by God and live their lives to glorify Him.

To awaken each day, give God praise and glory and commit the days’ activities unto Him. And at the end of each day not to complain.
